How quickly will you reply to my enquiry?
We aim to confirm availability and a tailored quote within 24 hours — and usually much sooner during the day. For urgent bookings, call or WhatsApp us directly.
What do I need to hire a car?
You'll need to be 25 or over, hold a full licence (held 2+ years), and provide photo ID, proof of address, a refundable security deposit and a card in your name. Some cars carry a higher minimum age — we'll confirm on enquiry.
Do you deliver outside London?
Yes — we deliver and collect across the whole UK, to your door, hotel or venue. Delivery is quoted with your hire based on distance and timing.
Can I book a chauffeur instead of driving myself?
Absolutely. Every car can be arranged with a professional chauffeur — popular for weddings, proms and corporate events. Our luxury V-Class is built exactly for this.
Is insurance included?
Yes. Every hire is comprehensively insured before the keys are handed over, and we handle all of the paperwork as part of the booking.
